In preparation for Global Xpress (GX) Aviation’s upcoming launch, Inmarsat and Honeywell have successfully performed its global validation campaign on Honeywell’s Boeing 757 test aircraft.
GX Aviation, the Inmarsat’s new in-flight broadband service, will provide users with high-speed internet connectivity during their flight.
The GX Aviation Global Tour last six weeks and covered 4 continents and over 10 cities. During the flight tests, our solution PLANET was also on-board to provide flight mission management and collaborative services in real-time between the B-757 and the ground.
